In this project PROLOGIS is responsible for project management, for supporting development of a study referring the best applicable Crew Management System for Condor and its alliance partners.

The main objective of the project is to provide a reliable basis for a decision for the most applicable system for Condor’s and its alliance partners’ future business, comparing the currently used Crew Management Systems and alternatives from industry vendors.
PROLOGIS is able to add significant benefit to this project as we have already supported numerous airlines in evaluations of airline specific systems.
We have been responsible for implementations of new inventory- and distribution systems including process redesign and interfaces migration. This gives us a very extensive experience in business processes related not only to distribution and also a broad know-how about relevant IT processes and possible solutions.
