PROLOGIS recently supported Jazeera Airways with their project planning for the implementation of a new version of their reservation system. This included a time and task planning, resource and cost planning as well as a risk analysis for the upcoming project. PROLOGIS conducted these tasks based on their intensive experience and knowledge about system implementation project management.
