PROLOGIS is currently supporting Monarch Airlines during their Gap-Analysis between Open Skies® Reservation & Distribution System and their future New Skies® (2.xx).
Monarch is a key supplier of the British tour operating industry as well as one of the UK’s major providers of low-cost scheduled flights from bases at London, Manchester and Birmingham airports.

By analyzing all business processes in close co-operation with Monarch’s key users PROLOGIS’ responsibility will be to identify potential functional gaps between Open Skies® and New Skies® including the definition of business impacts those gaps might have. Subsequently potential solutions will be defined jointly to close potential gaps. Following-up the gap analysis the documented business processes will lead into their UAT-preparation which will be vital for the intended New Skies® migration project afterwards.
