We are happy to announce the successful implementation of a new DCS at our customer Jazeera Airways. The airline, which is the first privately owned airline in Kuwait and the Middle Easts went live with its new DCS at their home base Kuwait airport in November 2011. PROLOGIS supported Jazeera Airways during the transition period in the fields of UAT management and project management support.

CIO Magazine recognized Emirates Airlines for having the world's best IT project of the year with „N-ASA”, Emirates’ New Airline Station Accounting system. PROLOGIS is both proud and happy that we were given the chance to contribute to this project by being commissioned with the conceptual design for the Document Management System, one functional element of „N-ASA“, a new and innovative approach to Emirates' invoice handling, scanning and document management.

PROLOGIS is pleased to announce that the airlines LIAT (Antigua), Thomas Cook (UK) and Vueling (Spain) have chosen PROLOGIS to be their service partner for projects on upgrading or changing their commercial systems in the summer of 2011. In its 10th year of doing business, PROLOGIS has already provided services to 48 airlines in 29 countries up until now.

On the morning of June 29, our new Far East customer Tiger Airways went live with its new reservation and distribution system. PROLOGIS supported Tiger during the 7-month transition period in the fields of UAT management, data migration management and technical advice. […]

In cooperation with our partner “ArneckeSiebold”, a law firm that specializes on the aviation industry, PROLOGIS has been commissioned with conducting a study for the Danish airport Sønderborg. The aim is to analyze the business opportunities of cross-border marketing and eventually plan the complete switch of Sønderborg Airport to take on either a bi-national “Danish/German” status or at least a bi-national label. As part of a global change of its fare structure, PROLOGIS is responsible for migrating all future segments to a new fare structure. An ETL process has been developed to extract all related PNR details, including SSRs / seats and fees and store that data temporarily inside an SQL database. The second phase of migration will be to create an API script for cancelling / re-booking the segments based on the extracted data and an external fare mapping document.

Air Greenland has decided to introduce a company-wide data warehouse as a way of providing better support for decision-making processes based on the data stored in various systems. PROLOGIS helped Air Greenland create a detailed conceptual design for the data warehouse and is currently developing a prototype based on Microsoft SQL Server technology

Within this project PROLOGIS was responsible for the evaluation of the best applicable reservation system for Germania as well as the integrated project management and support for the implementation of TikAERO! Germania, one famous German Charter Airline with 15 aircrafts and based in Berlin-Tegel, decided to implement TikAERO within the challenging time period of two months and finally launched its new sales platform successfully on 9th August 2010. At Germania the requirements of a reservation system are very complex. It has to combine the Direct Sales on the one hand as well as the Charter Business on the other hand.[...]
