Process and test support for Virgin Blue

PROLOGIS currently supports Australia's Virgin Blue as part of their New Skies® Migration project. PROLOGIS' project support for Virgin Blue included the analysis and definition of current Open Skies® business processes to be used for future UAT - test cases for their New Skies Migration®. Virgin Blue decided to contract PROLOGIS to benefit from the extensive experience gained PROLOGIS through many New Skies® projects in their highly critical user acceptance testing phase.

ETS consulting for Air Astana

The European Union has mandated that all airlines currently or in the future (!) operating to, from, and within the EU must participate in its Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) as of 2012. All Airlines flying from/to Europe will soon be required to show how they intend to disclose their carbon emissions and transport data from the beginning of 2012. The immediate priority for aircraft operators is the submission of this Monitoring Concepts, prepared to the requirements specified by the responsible national authority, as this is a prerequisite to securing the free emission licenses that will be provided by the EU[...]

Jazeera Airways: New customer

PROLOGIS recently supported Jazeera Airways with their project planning for the implementation of a new version of their reservation system. This included a time and task planning, resource and cost planning as well as a risk analysis for the upcoming project.
