Project planning for bmibaby

bmibaby intends to upgrade from Open Skies® to New Skies® version 2.0. In order to set up the major planning PROLOGIS was responsible for this step. The outcome was a detailed project- / timeline plan, an overall cost- and resource plan based on bmibaby's departments as well as processes, interfaces and functionality used in Open Skies®.

PROLOGIS supporting Ryanair for New Skies 2.0 migration

PROLOGIS has signed a new contract with Europe's leading low cost carrier, Ryanair. Ryanair will migrate from Open Skies® to New Skies® 2.0. In this project PROLOGIS is responsible for User acceptance testing (define test cases, test management, issue management) and data migration preparations and testing. The challenge in UAT management are the various new functionalities in 2.0. In regards to data migration it is the volume of Ryanair's data. Those areas (system and data quality) reflect the two most important of a migration project (beside interfaces). PROLOGIS has extensive experience in managing New Skies® migrations, and our consultants are fully conversant with the new functionality of New Skies®[...]
