Prologis is currently supporting Berne-Belp-based SkyWork Airlines in the field of ground operations, revenue accounting, and revenue management.

After revolutionizing both its strategy and operations in 2010 by moving its core business towards scheduled flights, the Swiss carrier could increase its number of passengers carried as well as its number of flights by more than 80%. Due to this fast growth, SkyWork now has to adapt its organizational structures and internal processes.

The Prologis aviation experts assist CEO Tomislav Lang and his 190 employees by restructuring the ground operations department, setting up and extending revenue accounting processes, as well as establishing and optimizing the revenue management and network department.
