PROLOGIS currently supports Monarch Airlines in their implementation of a new version of their reservation system. The project support provided to Monarch includes project planning, project progress monitoring, software vendor management, certain user acceptance testing and data migration testing tasks.

 Despite Monarch already having considerable internal project management expertise, Monarch decided to contract PROLOGIS to add the extra experience that PROLOGIS has gained through many similar high risk airline projects. Monarch considers PROLOGIS to be a safety net that reduces the risk of the project and ensures that the necessary steps are conducted at the right time.

PROLOGIS will execute these tasks based on their intensive experience and knowledge about software implementation projects and project management. To support the extensive user acceptance testing phase, the PROLOGIS web-based software test tool will be used by Monarch.
