On the morning of June 29, our new Far East customer Tiger Airways went live with its new reservation and distribution system. PROLOGIS supported Tiger during the 7-month transition period in the fields of UAT management, data migration management and technical advice.
Steering and coaching of the internal project manager was also part of the contract in order to make sure that all aspects were taken into consideration. Tiger Airways Singapore and its subsidiary Tiger Airways Australia moved from the old “Open Skies®” system to New Skies®, which will allow them to pursue further growth and efficient operation with multiple carriers while using only one reservation platform.
